Poster for the inaugural Environmental Film Festival at Yale. Working in parallel with environmental contingencies, we played a game that began with each of us laying out our own giant posters separately. We built them out of letter-sized sheets, on the floor, one on top of the other. Then we took turns, revisiting the poster site one after the other, mixing fragments of each of our designs and pulling elements of the studio onto the poster’s surface. After the first few rounds, the poster was, of course, illegible. Slowly, we brought the event information back into view. Designed with
Neil Donnelly.
